Choose a recent photo of one adult, facing the camera, with the face in focus and the shoulders and body visible. Even daylight and a quiet background make the image easier to read. Leave a little space around the head.
What to leave out
Skip group shots, masks, dark glasses, heavy beauty filters and images with the face hidden. Do not use children, celebrities, copyrighted characters or another adult without permission. Never upload an identity document as a portrait. Your photo is deleted automatically 30 days after upload.
The song comes from your social app
The MP4 arrives with no audio at all — not the original song, not a substitute track. That is deliberate: uploading a licensed song without the necessary rights may lead to muting or removal. After your clip is ready, add the official sound from TikTok or Instagram if it is available for your account and region. Check the platform’s licensing rules, especially for business accounts.

Do I need CapCut?
No editor is needed for the intended browser workflow. CapCut is an alternative if you want to arrange your own footage manually; the guide explains that route too.
Can I upload somebody else’s photo?
Only an adult who has explicitly agreed to this use. Photos of minors, celebrities and copyrighted characters are not accepted. Do not use the original dancer’s photo.
